No Smoking in our properties
As a courtesy to other guests, please keep noise to a minimum from 10pm—9am
Departure time is strictly 10am—unless previously discussed with management
No pets in our properties—unless previously discussed with management
Please notify us of any damage or incidents at properties as soon as possible so they can be rectified in a timely manor
No bath towels are to be used for the beach. Additional cleaning fee’s may apply
Do not exceed the number of guests booked for. Additional fee’s may apply for extra guests in properties.
All beds will be made up for the amount of guests booked for (excluding top bunks)
Please leave the premises in a clean and tidy manor. All dishes done, rubbish taken out and food removed from refrigerator
Our Properties are self contained, not a serviced apartment. Questa will provide a small amount of supplies to get you started on your first night, such as some toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, bin liner, surface cleaner etc. Guests to arrange for their own supplies outside of these items.
